This lovely blend is the most aromatically floral of the blends.
The dense spearmint helps ground the light scents of the lavender and chamomile. Both flowers provide a soft calmingthat can serve for anchoring emotions during the day or promoting restful sleep at night.
Steep time varies according to personal taste, but you may want to begin with a shorter steep and resteep the contents until no longer aromatic.
Pairs well with honey or mint simple syrup; in the summer, try adding a fresh lemon peel. Serve warm or iced.
